Who we are

Scott Olivier
CEO/President
Scott founded Southwest Building Solutions in 2009, building every project hands-on from start to finish. With a background in architectural drafting and estimating, he’s poured concrete, erected buildings, and worked through every stage of construction. A servant leader at heart, Scott’s big-picture vision is to build a company known for radical generosity and impacting lives—something deeply rooted in his Christian faith. He’s married to Stacy and has two kids who keep him busy with their sports schedules. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, and playing hockey himself.

Gregg Mosby
Chief Operating Officer
Gregg brings more than two decades of operational leadership experience and a steady, people‑focused approach shaped by learning the inner workings of every area of a business. Over the past 23 years, he has held roles across Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Estimating, General Management, and executive leadership, eventually overseeing multiple sites across the U.S. and Mexico. Throughout his career, Gregg has been driven by a consistent philosophy: leading people well and helping others find ways to succeed. Outside of work, he’s a proud dad of three and spends most weekends supporting their track, swim, cheer, and college activities. A lifelong baseball fan and former college player, he enjoys live music, golfing, jogging, skiing with his kids, riding horses with family, and exploring new restaurants with his wife—especially wherever there’s great energy and a good view of the action.

Chad Mack
Chief Financial Officer
Chad brings over 20 years of construction experience and holds a degree in Construction Management. He joined SBS in 2010 and has been a key leader in the company’s growth. Having worked in nearly every role, Chad brings a full-spectrum understanding of the business. From estimating to execution, he’s helped shape the systems and financial strategies that drive SBS forward. Chad is a steady, strategic voice on the executive team and plays a central role in driving operational excellence. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife and three sons and coaches their sports teams.

David Neisen
Organizational Development
David brings nearly three decades of leadership experience with a focus on aligning people, structure, and long‑term organizational goals. At SBS, he helps the Leadership Team plan for growth and understand its impact on teams, processes, and strategic direction. Throughout his career, David has completed multiple rounds of interview and interrogation training. This experience has sharpened his active listening skills and his ability to understand how people communicate. He’s motivated by contributing to ambitious, long‑term initiatives and believes meaningful, multi‑year strategy far outweighs quick wins. Outside of work, David is a former triathlete who completed five full Ironman races, and he holds a Library of Congress copyright for his doctoral dissertation. Born in Ogden, Utah, he enjoys camping, backpacking, kayaking, skiing, and capturing night‑sky photography in remote places. He earned his Bachelor’s from City University of Seattle, his Master’s from Gonzaga University, and his Doctorate from Northeastern University.

Brandon White
Operations Manager
Brandon serves as the Operations Manager at SBS, where he focuses on building systems, improving processes, and supporting teams so the business runs smoothly. He works closely with project managers, field leaders, and ownership to strengthen operations as the company continues to grow. He believes strong relationships are essential in construction. By investing in people first, Brandon helps create trust, alignment, and better problem solving across teams. What he enjoys most about his work is the creativity involved in solving real operational challenges. He finds it rewarding to turn an idea into a system or workflow that supports both the business and the people in it. Brandon enjoys 3D printing and designing small projects that bring simple ideas to life. Outside of work, he spends most of his time with his wife and their three daughters. Faith and family are central in his life, and much of their time is spent together at church, in family activities, or simply enjoying the outdoors.
Troy John (TJ)
General Manager
As General Manager, TJ oversees everything from sales to project management and construction, focusing on high standards, smooth execution, and customer satisfaction. His leadership is grounded in years of service in the military and private sector, and he’s passionate about SBS’s vision of generosity, culture, and community impact. A California native and Air Force veteran, TJ has traveled to 26 countries and every continent except Antarctica. Outside of work, you’ll find him on the ice playing hockey or enjoying anything on two wheels. Married to his wife, Anna, for 30 years, TJ is proud of their two sons, two grandsons, and their dog, Lucy.

Robbie Eddy
Steel Superintendent
Robbie is a Field Superintendent with over 20 years of experience in construction and plant operations. An Arizona native, he’s known for his steady leadership, attention to detail, and pride in building quality projects. He leads an expert field crew, applying real-world knowledge and hard-earned lessons from his mentors. Off the job, Robbie loves hiking, swimming, and riding moto—and values every moment spent outdoors with his family.
Grant Berry
Senior Project Manager
Born and raised in Arizona, Grant is passionate about helping customers build shops and garages they’re proud of. His hands-on approach, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail make him a trusted partner throughout the process. Whether managing logistics or overcoming challenges, Grant stays focused on quality. Outside of work, he’s an avid outdoorsman who enjoys backpacking and exploring the desert and mountains.

Jason has been with SBS since 2010 and is one of the company’s longest-tenured team members. His loyalty and consistency are part of what make SBS stand out in the construction industry.

Project Manager

Originally from Southern California, he now lives in Phoenix with his wife, Venesssa, and their three children. A dedicated hockey dad, David is often found at the rink cheering on his kids. His friendly approach and commitment to service make him a trusted part of the SBS sales team and a valued partner to the customers he serves.

Project Manager
Born and raised in South Dakota, Josh built his work ethic on values like honesty, hard work, and treating people right. He started in construction right out of high school and has worked across nearly every phase of the building process. Josh has a passion for the fine details—the finishing touches that bring a project to life. Outside of work, he spends time with his wife Lea and their two energetic boys. They're his best friends, and he wouldn't have it any other way.

With over a decade of experience in sales and customer service, Jason helps guide SBS customers through each step of the building process. Originally from Wisconsin, he brings a friendly, dependable style that puts clients at ease. He’s known for listening well, solving problems, and making the experience smooth from start to finish. On weekends, Jason enjoys time with his wife and three sons, often cheering them on at the hockey rink.

Chris Gilbert
Project Manager
Chris drives projects from permit acquisition through completion, leveraging over eight years of experience managing residential and commercial construction. His expertise ensures every detail is handled with precision, and he thrives in SBS’s collaborative, team-focused culture. Outside of work, Chris enjoys golfing, fishing, hiking, and playing basketball. Originally from Washington State, he spent eight years living on Kauai, Hawaii, before moving to Arizona. A proud dad of three and grandfather of one, Chris loves family time and outdoor adventures—his most memorable catch was a 45-pound barracuda on a Hawaiian fishing charter.

Ben Goodman
Project Manager
Ben brings a lifelong foundation in the trades to his role as Project Manager, where he oversees projects from permitting through completion and ensures they stay on track with scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. He began building homes with his dad at age 12 and later ran a finish carpentry business for 18 years, giving him a deep understanding of craftsmanship and problem‑solving. Ben loves being part of a company that leads with integrity, gives back, and embraces a growth mindset. Outside of work, he and his wife have built a family through biological, adopted, and foster children, having fostered 16 kids over the past decade. He enjoys hockey, golf, and spending time with his family, and has also participated in mission trips to Haiti, the Philippines, and Nicaragua.

Polan Cabrera
Architect
Polan brings ideas to life with precision and creativity—producing CAD drawings for metal buildings, interior layouts, and site plans, along with 3D renderings that help clients truly visualize their projects. He also manages permit submittals and coordinates plan reviews to keep projects moving smoothly. Known for his detail-oriented and collaborative approach, Polan thrives in SBS’s supportive team environment. Outside of work, he’s a musician and family man who loves the Sonoran Desert. Born in Arizona and having lived in both the U.S. and Mexico, Polan enjoys traveling, music, and exploring nature with his wife and three boys.

MBS Manager
Devin brings over 10 years of experience in customer service and logistics to the SBS sales team. His passion for metal buildings began early—helping his grandfather build a shop sparked his interest. Devin is known for his calm, consistent approach and his ability to guide clients confidently through their projects. When he’s not working, you’ll find him outdoors with his wife and their two pit bulls, soaking up the Arizona sun.

Arthur Bodine
Northern AZ Sales & Project Manager
Arthur is the Special Projects Manager for Northern Arizona, focused on supporting regional growth and building strong, long‑term customer relationships. With a background in welding, fabrication, and construction, he brings a practical, jobsite‑first approach to problem‑solving and keeping projects on track. Before moving into sales and management, Arthur owned and operated a steel fabrication company. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, working on projects, and spending time with his family.

VP of Sales
Ryan brings over 25 years of sales experience with a focus on leadership, client strategy, and team development. After working closely with our team on training and consulting, he was inspired to join SBS and help drive our mission forward. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys stand-up comedy, writing children’s poetry, music, and fitness. He’s a proud dog dad, an Ohio sports fan, and has been married to his wife, Cat, for 13 years.

At home, Devin is a proud father of five and husband to his wife, Robyn, who continues to inspire his work and purpose.

Before joining SBS nearly four years ago, he worked in the mining and pool industries rebuilding complex systems. Joe is known for his work ethic, hands-on leadership, and passion for getting the job done right. Outside of SBS, he’s either with his family or helping others with dirt work and hauling. He and his wife have four kids: Harper, Graham, Harlow, and Brody.

Senior Accountant
Craig oversees key finance and accounting functions, including reconciliations, month-end close, and reporting, while supporting broader strategic priorities. He brings extensive experience in accounting, finance, and operations across multiple industries, most recently in construction and manufacturing, and is recognized for his adaptability and results-driven approach. Born and raised in Denver, Craig later lived in the Colorado mountains before relocating to Arizona in 2020 with his wife of nearly 36 years, Kristie. They enjoy exploring lesser-known spots in the state, cooking, relaxing by the pool, and spending time with their dog, Ralphie. A favorite memory is touring Scotland with his dad after college, playing British Open courses—and visiting more than a few pubs along the way.

She has over 10 years of experience in the metal building industry, with roles ranging from Sales Coordinator to Marketing Manager. Most recently, she supported city administration while working in local government and leading major city events. A proud Yuma native, Whitney enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs and cheering on her son at football games.
