Who we are

Scott Olivier
CEO/President
Utilizing a background in architectural drafting and estimating, Scott founded Southwest Building Solutions in 2009. Scott has worked in every aspect of the business, from managing client accounts to pouring concrete. At every stage of development, Scott’s priority is to deliver a service and product we can all be proud of.

Nicole Eisenbarth
COO/Integrator
Nicole Eisenbarth brings a powerhouse blend of operational excellence, strategic vision, and people-centered leadership to her role as Chief Operating Officer at Southwest Building Solutions. With over two decades of experience leading high-performing teams across both military and private sectors, Nicole is the engine behind SBS’s streamlined execution, scalable systems, and culture of accountability.
Before joining SBS, Nicole served as COO at Elite Roofing Supply for five years, where she played a pivotal role in scaling the organization, optimizing internal infrastructure, and navigating periods of rapid growth. Her operational expertise is rooted in the discipline and leadership she honed over a 20-year career in the United States Air Force, retiring in 2019 as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (SNCO). Nicole holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Human Resources from Brandman University and a Bachelor's in Social Science. She is certified in Mergers & Acquisitions and is currently expanding her strategic toolkit through MIT’s Chief Operating Officer Executive Program, where she is on track to graduate in Fall 2025. Her leadership style is driven by data, guided by purpose, and grounded in team empowerment. She believes that clarity, consistency, and communication are the bedrock of operational success. “Great operations don’t happen by accident—they’re built intentionally, led decisively, and executed relentlessly.” Outside the boardroom, Nicole has been married to her husband Zane for over 20 years, and they share one daughter, Isabella. Life at home is joyfully run by their two spirited Boston Terriers — President Lincoln and Honorable Hamilton — who are just as determined to lead as she is.

Chad Mack
CFO
Chad’s experience includes 20 years of professionally managing and estimating construction projects, and a BS in Construction Management. As Vice President, Chad has been with Southwest Building Solutions since its early days, and has been instrumental in developing our premium, specialized services.

David Neisen
Organizational Development
David brings 28 years of retail experience in a variety of leadership roles to SBS. He is passionate about ensuring our human capital is aligned with business objectives, and long term strategies. David is also excited to be involved in the charitable giving that is part of the company Vision, ensuring we are good stewards of the Arizona communities where we operate. Outside of his work here, David is an avid hockey fan, cheering on both his children and the Arizona State University hockey teams.
He also enjoys teaching graduate courses in HR as an adjunct faculty at the University of Arizona Global Campus, and volunteering as a member of the Employee Benefits Trust Board for the City of Peoria.

Teigan Reynoso
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO SCOTT OLIVIER
As Executive Assistant to the CEO, Teigan plays a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. With a strong background in customer service and logistics, she brings exceptional organization, efficiency, and attention to detail to every task. Teigan is known for her ability to manage complex schedules and priorities with calm precision—all while maintaining a strong commitment to client satisfaction and team support.
Outside the office, Teigan enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, and kayaking—any excuse to be outdoors. At home, she loves cooking from scratch for her husband, Bryce, and their two daughters, Kelsey and Adalyn. Their home is rounded out by four beloved pets, who add a little extra fun and chaos to everyday life.

Robbie Eddy
STEEL SUPERINTENDENT
As an Arizona native, I thrive in the sun, fresh air, and wide-open spaces. Whether swimming, hiking, or riding moto across the state, I embrace every chance to be outdoors and cherish time spent with my amazing family.
With over 20 years in construction and plant operations, I’ve gained invaluable experience through hard-earned lessons and the guidance of incredible mentors—an opportunity shaped by the Grace of God. For the past four years, I’ve been honored to be part of the SBS team, first as a Project Manager and now as a Field Superintendent, where I lead an exceptional crew of metal building erectors. I take great pride in the work we do and the team I get to work alongside every day.

Bookkeeping
Andi started as the Sales Assistant with over ten years of Admin experience before being promoted into the bookkeeper position. With her husband and two sons, Andi loves enjoying summer pool time, watching a good romantic comedy, and baking elaborate cakes. Her passion is helping to bring customers’ dream shops to life!

Troy John (TJ)
General Manager
TJ brings a strong foundation in discipline and strategic thinking to the Southwest team. Honed through years of distinguished service leading teams in the US Air Force and the civilian sector, he uses his experience and problem-solving skills to ensure the high standards of SBS are upheld. Committed to his people and his customers, he takes pride in delivering the best building experience in Arizona, with a focus on communication, professionalism, and quality.

Renata Lemke
Human Resources Director
Renata is a devoted mother of six incredible children, all between the ages of 13 and 17, life for her is filled with energy, adventure, and love. Happily married to her best friend, gym partner, and fellow adventure seeker, she cherishes time spent with family, whether hiking scenic trails, mountain biking through rugged terrain, or paddleboarding across peaceful waters. Camping under the stars is a favorite way to reconnect and unwind.
Her passion for people extends beyond her family and into her career. With a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Arizona Global Campus and more than five years of HR experience, she is dedicated to fostering workplace cultures where employees feel valued, engaged, and empowered to grow. From talent acquisition and employee relations to benefits administration and performance management, she thrives on creating environments where both individuals and organizations can flourish. When not building meaningful connections at work or seeking adventure with her family, she finds happiness in the kitchen, baking sweet treats for friends and loved ones. The warmth of a homemade dessert and the joy it brings others is just another way she expresses her love and care. Whether guiding a team, raising a family, or whipping up something delicious, she is committed to making life sweeter—one connection, one adventure, and one homemade treat at a time.

PROJECT MANAGER
David was born and raised in Southern California but has lived in Phoenix for the past eight years. He is passionate about customer service and works tirelessly to exceed his customer’s expectations in achieving their dream shop/garage. Along with his wife Venesssa, they have three kids, Nathan, Madelyn and Michael. You’ll typically find him at one of the local hockey rinks watching his kids play hockey.

Grant is Arizona born & raised. Committed to far succeeding client’s expectations in building the shop/garage they can be proud of. When not working good luck finding him, an avid outdoorsman Grant is always out backpacking and exploring the desert and mountains.

PROJECT MANAGER
Jason, born in Wisconsin, has excelled in sales and customer service for the past 12 years. He has excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with customers, ensuring a smooth building process while taking care of all their needs. On weekends, Jason and his wife can be found watching their three boys play hockey.
Devin Bell
PRE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Devin, born in Arizona, has over 10 years of experience in customer service and logistics. His interest in metal buildings began at a young age when he helped his grandfather build a shop. Devin enjoys spending time with his wife and their two pit bulls.
Matt Rubel
SALES
Matt brings over 20 years of sales’ experience to the Southwest team. He considers it a privilege serving clients who have worked their whole lives to finally build their dream shop. Along with his wife and two teenagers, Matt loves traveling overseas whenever he gets the chance.

Aaron Husk

Aaron Husk is one of our most experienced and dedicated sales specialists at SBS, with over eight years of expertise on our team. He takes pride in helping customers turn their garage dreams into reality, offering in-depth product knowledge and a personalized approach that has earned him the trust of countless clients. When he’s not assisting customers, Aaron is a passionate sports fan and enjoys hitting the golf course whenever he gets the chance.

Craig Johnston started with Southwest just over a year ago as one of our building erectors. Craig is committed to going above and beyond to making our clients shop dreams come to life. Craig enjoys hitting the links and spending his spare time exploring the outdoors with his dogs.

Jon Shivener
SALES
Originally born and raised in Columbus, OH, Jon has now called Arizona home since 2015. While newer to SBS, he brings vast professional background across numerous industries in sales & service. His ultimate goal on the road to making our customers’ dreams into reality is to help make sure the process of doing these projects is as smooth and stress free as possible. Always busy doing something, you can often find him outside of work spending time with his husky/shepherd Jameson, hitting the links, playing and coaching hockey, or traveling wherever he can.

Edson brings over 25 years of sales’ experience to the Southwest team. Edson is born and raised in Arizona and he considers it a privilege and a honor serving clients who have worked their whole lives to finally build their dream shop. Edson’s goal is to make building a shop a seamless and peerless experience for his customers.

Josh Tibbs
Project Manager - Interior Designs
Born and raised in South Dakota, I grew up with strong values—work hard, be honest, and treat people right. That grounded upbringing shapes everything I do, both on the job and at home. I got into construction right after high school, working across nearly every aspect of the building process. My true passion, though, lies in the details—the finishing touches that turn a house into a home.
When I’m not working, I’m with my family. My wife, Lea, and I have been together for 12 years, and our two energetic boys keep us laughing and on the go. They’re my best friends, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Joseph Mancuso

Joseph holds degrees in Biology and Chemistry which gives him a unique, detail-driven perspective when working through complex projects and customer needs. With a diverse sales background that includes helicopters, RVs, and firearm accessories, he brings a well-rounded skill set and a customer-first mindset to every project. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and dog, Geno.

Devin Grigg
Sales
Devin has called Arizona home since 2017. Before joining SBS, he dedicated several years to education, as both a teacher and eventually serving as a principal. This experience honed his skills in serving others in that which is most important to them. Following his tenure in education, Devin ventured into entrepreneurship, successfully owning and operating a business in Arizona for over seven years. Being a father to five wonderful children and happily married to his wife, Robyn has been his greatest source of inspiration and motivation.
