Sunburst Farms is a great little Phoenix neighborhood…rural type properties inside the 101 Loop. We’ve got quite a few buildings in the area and this is the newest.
It’s a 50x40x16 building with two 12×14 RV doors with window panels to get the big toys in. It’s got a ton of natural light with 3 sliding, insulated windows on the east side and four small light panels up high on the eave on the west wall. Add one of our heavy duty steel personnel doors and insulation in the roof and walls and you’ve got a serious shop! Serious enough that the resident donkey likes to use it as a way to escape the heat if you leave the door open!
